The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday announced the complete fixtures of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Newly-joined franchise Gujarat Titans (GT) will start their campaign against another new team Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

In the mega-auctions, GT bought the likes of Mohammad Shami, Lockie Ferguson, Jason Roy and Rahul Tewatia etc. However, ahead of the upcoming season, Roy pulled out, citing the challenge of staying in the tournament bubble for an extended period. India international Hardik Pandya will lead the Gujarat franchise in IPL 2022.
